Sanjeev led his own start-up through 5 rounds of VC funding over 10 years before exiting. Starting out with a staff of two people, his company employed over 3000 engineers at over 40 locations and was an industry leader in the Hardware space. He worked in various capacities as Financial and Management consultant and as a Merchant Banker before starting his own company. Sanjeev is an alumnus of BITS Pilani and IIT Delhi.

An expert at turning around struggling sales organizations, he is well versed in all aspects of running a successful B2B and B2C sales organization. More specifically, he has focused most of his career in the Technology space including areas such as Telecom, Internet, SaaS, Cloud, Software, Cyber Security, Mobile and Digital Media sectors and has been a very productive and profitable Sales and Marketing Leader in this space.

Jim has significant experience with both inside and outside sales models and with Direct Sales and Channel Partners/Resellers with expertise in the areas of recruiting, training, motivating, business development, account management, sales and marketing. He is a visionary strategic leader who can design and implement big picture sales strategies while simultaneously focusing on the day-to-day tactical battle plan. He is also a certified professional business coach, top selling author and an accomplished speaker.

Karen McFarlane is a solutions-focused Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 25 years of success across the software, technology, artificial intelligence, financial, professional services, education, and entertainment industries. For the past 15 years, Karen has led Kaye Media Partners, a strategic B2B marketing practice that works with the C-Suite of a wide range of startups, SMBs, and major corporations to design revenue-generating marketing programs that grow businesses. Through a strategic partnership, Karen is also the CMO of boutique creative agency Lettershop, which delivers fractional and 360 solutions for B2B startups and Fortune 1000 companies.

Karen currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Leadership and Arts Coalition in Washington, D.C., and the Advisory Boards for the VR/AR Association and artificial intelligence security firm Matdun. She recently ended her two-year term as President of the American Marketing Association of New York – the largest chapter serving 15,000 community members and winner of four Chapter Excellence Awards during her tenure. Karen sits on AMA’s Professional Chapters Council as the Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee and serves as Leadership Advisor where she helps to spearhead nationwide efforts to promote inclusion throughout the marketing discipline.

Karen received her B.S. in Communications from New York University, continued her studies in Media Arts and Film at NYU, and later earned her M.B.A. from American Intercontinental University. Paolo Maiolo is a solutions-focused Senior Executive, Advisor, and Thought Leader with more than 20 years of success across the consumer packaged goods, eCommerce/retail, healthcare as well as marketing and advertising industries with Fortune 500 companies such as Newell Brands, Conair/Cuisinart Corporation and Royal Dutch Philips. Paolo holds a leadership position as the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Artika, where they work with all major retail customers in CA, US, MX, Central and South America, Caribbean, Europe, and Asia with a focus on lighting, plumbing and smart home categories with distribution in over 25 countries. He manages complete profit and loss, brand and retail strategy, global sales, marketing and consumer support teams. Paolo has also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Smartika.

Delia Zanoschi is a Senior Executive and Board Advisor with extensive experience in growing and scaling companies in the technology industry, in particular software and AI. Delia was a Co-founder of McKinsey’s Silicon Valley’s startup club and Co-founder of McKinsey’s Global AI Group. She worked with numerous startups as well as Fortune 500 companies as an advisor on business strategy and corporate finance that enables growth.

Delia is most passionate about AI Robotics. She is now head of strategy and finance for one of the leading Industrial AI Robotics start-ups, Covariant and is on the advisory board for Matdun which provides AI enabled smart living solutions and artificial intelligence ID and fraud detection firm Hyperverge.

Delia holds a B.S. in International Business from Sorbonne University and has a Masters in Finance from HEC Paris as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. She has also completed Executive Education in Artificial Intelligence at MIT and Carnegie Mellon.

Chaitanya is our awesome mobile application developer. He has a total of 7 years of experience in mobile application development. He loves to learn the latest mobile and backend technologies. His work includes developing mobile based solutions for IoT applications with easy to use and intuitive UI experience, understanding the requirements and challenges and proposing a way to reach them.

Shravya likes to tackle problems head on and work on finding solutions. She has done her Bachelor’s in Technology from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka. She likes to dabble between computer vision, backend, and embedded systems. Her other interests include organizing team events and social activities.

Curie is into hardware research, design, and product development. She has done her Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She is an avid learner and an electronics enthusiast. Keen towards learning and finding solutions to problems, she has an interest in organizing team activities and events.

Mohan has been developing machine learning and deep learning models to solve real world problems. He has completed his Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering. Ashish is an integral part of the AI/CV team and carries out breakthrough research in the field of computer vision. A technology enthusiast and an avid learner, Ashish pursued his graduation from Indian Institute of Technology, Dharwad. As part of his thesis study, he has worked as an AI researcher at BISITE Research Group – University of Salamanca, Spain.

Dr. Subetha develops recognition models for video analytics. She has pursued her Doctoral Studies in the area of Data Mining and Computer Vision. She has 2 patents and more than 25 publications to her credit. Her other interests include teaching, data mining and machine learning.

Dr. Sriharsha is working on developing 3D vision models for IoT devices to enhance security. He has done his PhD in the field of Computer Vision on target depth estimation from a single RGB image. His other research interests include computational photography, embedded vision, and visual sensor networks. He has about 12 research papers to his credit.

Dr. Amit is an integral part of the AI (Artificial Intelligence) team and is involved in R&D and implementation of new-age technologies. He completed his PhD from NIT Raipur in the field of Computer Vision with deep learning. He has more than 15 papers in reputed journals to his credit. He loves to watch crime series and movies in his leisure time.

Arun is a jack of all trades and handles business planning, operations and logistics, leadership communication and human resource management. He has completed his Master’s in Economics. His interests are economics, finance, risk management and business strategy. In his prior engagements he has worked with top leadership in the BFSI sector on corporate strategy and planning, product analytics among others.

Dr. Vindhya leads the hardware R&D Team. She is responsible for researching, identifying and designing the right hardware components for the IoT devices. She has obtained her Doctoral Degree in Aerospace Engineering. Her other interests lie in unmanned aerial vehicles and teaching. Her prior experience includes designing and development of robots, parachute aerial vehicles (PAVs) and automatic systems dedicated to embedded programming. She has more than 25 research papers in reputed journals to her credit.
